Terms of use

Draft, October 2026. Lotwick is a free search service for UK property auction lots. By using it you agree to these terms.

What we do

We show information published by auction houses that have given us permission, and link to their sites. We are not an auctioneer, estate agent, lender or adviser. We don't take part in any sale.

Accuracy

Everything on Lotwick is indicative. Check the auctioneer's page and legal pack before bidding. Costs and tax are estimates, not advice. Our data sources and licences list where information comes from.

Fair use

Don't copy our pages or data in bulk, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. Our public lots feed may be used to link to lots, with attribution to Lotwick and the auctioneer.

Liability

We aren't liable for losses from decisions you make using Lotwick, except where the law doesn't allow us to exclude liability.
