The Fair Listing Pledge

Our promises to buyers and to auction houses:

  1. Every fee shown. Each lot shows the full cost to win: price, buyer's fee, reservation fee where it applies, a tax estimate and legal pack costs.
  2. Honest guide prices. We explain that a guide is not the sale price and that the reserve may be higher. We label conditional lots and their fees clearly.
  3. Fresh listings. We check catalogues at least daily and remove sold or withdrawn lots within 24 hours.
  4. Photos with permission only. We show the auctioneer's photos only when they've agreed in writing. Otherwise you see a plain placeholder or a clearly labelled Street View image.
  5. Straight to the source. Every lot links to the auctioneer's own page and legal pack. We never take bids or deposits.
  6. No data selling. We never sell listing data or buyers' details.
  7. Clear adverts. Anything paid for is labelled "Sponsored" or "#ad".
  8. Fast fixes. Anyone can report a listing; we act within 24 hours.
