Lotwick for Claude

Use Lotwick in Claude

The Lotwick connector lets Claude search live UK property auction lots and analyse prices, auction dates and guide price changes. It can only read data.

Connect

  1. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and choose Add custom connector (or find Lotwick in the connector directory once listed).
  2. Name it Lotwick and paste this address: https://lotwick.com/mcp
  3. Click Connect and sign in with your Lotwick account (Google or email). Approve access.
  4. Ask Claude, for example: "Find houses at auction in Leeds under £100,000 next month".

Plans

Free accounts get 50 requests a month and up to 10 results per search. Lotwick Pro (£20 a month) unlocks every tool, 100-result searches, 2,000 requests a month and an API key.

Search auction lots search_lots

Search live UK property auction lots on Lotwick with filters. Returns up to 100 lots with guide prices, dates, location and links.

Get lot details get_lot

Full details for one lot by id or URL slug, including description, guide price history, and cached Land Registry sale history and EPC data when available.

Auction market stats market_stats Pro

Aggregate live lots: count, guide price min/median/average/max, grouped by region, district, property_type, auctioneer, auction_type, bedrooms or sale_month. Accepts the same filters as search_lots.

List auction dates list_auctions

Upcoming (or past) auction dates with lot counts and auctioneers.

List auctioneers list_auctioneers

Auctioneers on Lotwick with live lot counts.

Guide price changes guide_changes Pro

Lots whose guide price changed recently (reductions and increases).

API

Pro subscribers can create an API key on the Pro page and call the same tools over HTTPS:

Data and privacy

Guide prices are as published by auctioneers and are not sale prices. Sale history is HM Land Registry data and energy data comes from the EPC register. When you connect, we store your Lotwick account ID, an access token and a monthly count of your requests. We don't receive your Claude conversations. See our privacy notice.
